The aims of the Capacity Building unit are to develop and improve the capacity of member organisations and CBO’s to deliver quality youth development programmes. Its main activities are as follows:
- 2 week internships with YDN member organisations for
programme staff - Peer review on the implementation of IYD
- YDN director's forum
- Review of tools to measure programmatic impact
- Training and technical assistance for member organisations, CBOs and other selected organisations
